Discover your natural ability to heal, to love and to grow...

I believe psychotherapy is a true opportunity. My work as a psychotherapist helps people develop the opening and awareness towards a new way of being, a new way of relating with others AND a new way of relating within themselves. Although anxiety, pain, conflict, or crisis is often what brings people to therapy, I inspire hope by strengthening the potential for growth and transformation.

My approach is informed through the practice of Mindfulness and a desire to help people discover a deeper connection with others and with themselves.  Ultimately, this involves a search for more happiness and compassion in their lives.  Sometimes this involves revisiting past hurt and trauma, in order to more effectively manage or express oneself in the present.  I help people relieve their depression and anxiety through learning to trust on deeper levels.

My work integrates mind, body and spirit to discover happiness and help people be more comfortable with who they are.  Embracing ones sexuality is essential to my approach.  I enjoy the process of providing a safe healing experience within the therapy relationship.   I am a strong believer in a collaborative approach with my clients.

I enjoy my work as a psychotherapist,

and I look forward to hearing from you.
